Office hours are 8:30 AM to Noon Eastern time*
on normal business days, except during
brief vacation periods, when no support will be available.
* Afternoon hours can be arranged by appointment
for West Coast customers.

Ongoing Support is available at $80/hour with a one hour minimum
If regulation changes occur, upgrades will be made available at
a moderate cost based on the complications of the rule change.
