Support Policy

Support for Scanware Products is now being provided by William Tomlinson, developer
of all Scanware products and President of Scanware, Inc. from 1998 - 2005.

Office hours are 8:30 AM to Noon Eastern time* on normal business days, except during
brief vacation periods, when no support will be available.

* Afternoon hours can be arranged by appointment for West Coast customers.


LogSCAN Plus and LogSCAN Express

Free support is included for 3 months following purchase.
Ongoing Support is available at $80/hour with a one hour minimum charge.

If regulation changes occur, upgrades will be made available at a moderate cost based on the complications of the rule change.

Driver’s EZLOG

Email support is available free of charge.

Driver’s EZLOG – Carrier Plan

Support during hours and under restrictions described above are included in the Monthly Service Charge.
